Cancellation Policy

For all standard treatments (excluding detox treatments*):

• Cash refunds are not given.
• Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• No-shows are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment and fail to cancel within the required time, the full fee applies and will not be refunded.
• If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the appointment fee is still charged and may be held as store credit for a period of six months, after which the monies are forfeited. Under or less than 24 hours’ notice, the minimum fee for cancellation for massage therapy only is 175.00 per person, which is our one-hour fee for massage. For 2 people or couples, it is 350.00 (one hour fee for each person).
• Due to the large amount of preparatory work and materials required for detox treatments, a separate cancellation policy applies for all detox treatments.

For detox and/or rejuvenation treatments

• Cash refunds are not given.
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total cost of the treatment.
• This 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the end of the first session of treatment, or at any time earlier.
• Notice of cancellation must be given at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled appointment, wherein the 50% deposit becomes a store credit of the same amount which is valid for up to 6 months, after which the monies are forfeited.
• If a detox treatment is canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a Cancellation Fee of $600.00 may be charged. In addition, the 50% deposit becomes a store credit of the same amount, which is valid for up to 6 months, after which the monies are forfeited.
• You may have your treatment time shortened in case you are running late for your appointment. This will avoid any inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule.
• We will send you a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment. This SMS will include the day and time of your appointment. Please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to reschedule. On the contrary, 100% of the fee paid will be charged.
• Once detox/rejuvenation commences (e.g., Day 1), there is no refund due to the extensive amount of preparatory work and materials required for detox.
• In certain exceptional cases, a credit note of 50% can be given to use for rejuvenation or detox within 6 months from the date of issue.

Gift Certificates

• Credit Card
• Name and Email address of the person you would like to purchase the Gift Certificate for.

Terms and Conditions

• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
• Gift Certificates are not transferable.
• Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years (Please see the expiry date printed on your Gift Certificate).
• The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre has the right to reject any booking if the Gift Certificate is not presented.
• The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre delivers its Gift Certificates via Email. Please make sure you check your spam folder. The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre does not take any responsibility if the email does not reach the inbox folder due to spam filters or anti-virus.
• Gift Certificate value or service can be changed if advised with more than 24 hours’ notice. Any cost incurred for the change, like credit card processing fee or postage, will be charged to the client.
• Gift Certificate value or service can be changed if advised within 24 hours. Any cost incurred for the change, like a credit card processing fee or postage, will be charged to the client.
• Discounts are only applicable to the items attached and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre does not refund (completely or partially) any packages or part of packages. The Ayurvedic Wellness Centre may give credit of the remaining value to use on another service or product.
• Credits are not usable against any discounted treatments, gift certificates or offers.
• Discounts are only applicable to the items attached and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
